Holly & Preston Todd

Hi!  My name is Holly Scurry Todd, and it is my joy to serve as co-founder of Ascent Mentors.  I have a huge desire to see young men and women connect to the heart of God and experience the relational nature of Jesus Christ through the power of one-on-one mentorship!  When I was a sophomore in high school, I came to know Jesus as my Lord and Savior because my Young Life leader intentionally spent time with me and taught me how to know Jesus and showed what a relationship with Him looked like. Since then, I’ve had a passion to meet kids right where they are and help them truly know Him – the best gift this side of Heaven!

In addition to serving our community through Ascent Park Cities, Preston and I help lead an overseas ministry called Matthew 10 International, bringing the gospel into hard-to-access nations — and setting captives free spiritually and physically!  We’re on a mission to lead the lost to Jesus and rescue multi-generational families out of decades of slavery in the Middle East.  Let’s go!

I am married to my dream husband Preston Todd who oversees our training and serves in our guy’s group, and I love being bonus mom to his 12-year-old twins, Ruth & Liam!  The Word of God is my source of strength, and my life verse is Acts 20:24, “However, I consider my life worth nothing to me ~ if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me, the task of testifying to the Gospel of God’s grace!”
